March•May Café was founded in Amadeo, Cavite — a municipality proudly known as the Coffee Capital of the Philippines — with a clear and joyful purpose: to create a space where the art of specialty coffee meets the spirit of open creativity. Situated on the second floor of Crisanto M. Delos Reyes Avenue in Brgy. Banay-Banay, the café was designed from the ground up to feel like somewhere truly special.
The brand’s signature “Create Your Own Coffee” experience grew from a simple belief: that every coffee drinker deserves to be their own barista. By offering a curated toolkit of iced coffee bases, artisan creams, flavored drizzles, and imaginative toppings, March•May invites every guest into the creative process — turning each visit into something new and uniquely personal.
The physical space reflects the same philosophy. Brutalist concrete walls meet warm biophilic accents — trailing vines, rattan light shades, and a striking green-painted arched door that has become an Amadeo landmark. From a spacious alfresco terrace bathed in open sky to a cozy and warmly-lit indoor dining room, every corner of March•May was crafted to invite guests to slow down, stay longer, and come back soon.
